*Long Island University: Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Communication & Theater Michigan State University provides me with an excellent opportunity to serve and develop students. The Department of Residence Life exposes me to a network of resources, a pool of unique professionals, and a clientele of outstanding students. This department challenges me to explore new initiatives while transforming students into exceptional citizens. I joined with the intent of promoting an environment where standards are respected, positive reputations are established, and teachable moments are embraced. In return, I am enhanced by an outstanding Spartan experience! |

*Bachelor of Arts in English from John Carroll University Working at MSU is great! I love getting the chance to interact with so many students on a daily basis, and I really appreciate both the autonomy I have in my work, and the support I've received in the department. I originally decided to come work here after having a really excellent experience as a graduate student, and I've been happy about that decision ever since! |

*Bachelor of Business Administration - Management Information Systems, University of Notre Dame *Master of Science, Indiana University, 2005 - Higher Education and Student Affairs *Currently working on a Ph.D. Higher, Adult and Lifelong Education - MSU I enjoy the ability to work with students in different venues - both in their residential experience as well as an academic advisor. The students here are wonderful and it is a daily adventure to explore new issues and successes together. The department support to pursue a Ph.D. while working full time is wonderful, and allows me to continue my formal education while improving my professional experience. |

*Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Women's Studies, University of Michigan The thing I most enjoy about being at MSU is the sense of community I feel. Not only is there a sense of community within my building but also amongst my peers and colleagues. It's an amazing work environment where the people that I work with are also the people that I consider to be friends. |

*Bachelor's in General Business Administration from MSU I decided to return to MSU after graduating with my MSW because I loved my undergrad experience and I had a community of friends that lived in the East Lansing/Lansing area. I have been with the Department of Residence Life for six years and what I have appreciated the most is the autonomy and support I have been given. |
