

The Department of Residence Life is home to 37 full-time staff including 24 full-time Complex, Resident, or Hall Directors, 47 Assistant Hall Directors, and University Apartments and Owen Graduate Center staff. A total of 327 mentors/student aides provide leadership in residence hall communities. Providing quality supervision to residence life staff is also a priority. Every staff member works to assist students in maximizing the learning that can take place both inside and outside the classroom.
Successful candidates will possess enthusiasm for working with a diverse student population, and interest in joining a student-centered staff team.
